The Blueprint is a 12-week live intensive designed to help aspiring and emerging retreat leaders go from idea to launch with a clear strategy, proven framework, and personalized guidance.
Whether you're a coach, wellness practitioner, entrepreneur, community leader, or simply someone with a vision for bringing people together, this program will help you build a retreat experience that aligns with your purpose, serves your audience, and generates revenue.
Over 12 weeks, you'll work alongside Christina Rice, Founder of OMNoire and Retreat Like a Boss, as she walks you through the exact framework she has used to produce retreats and experiences around the world. Together, we'll cover retreat concept development, pricing, budgeting, hotel sourcing, attendee experience design, marketing, sales, partnerships, operations, and launch strategy.
This is a hands-on learning experience. You'll leave with tangible assets, actionable assignments, and a roadmap you can immediately implement.
