The Blueprint is a 6-week live intensive designed to help aspiring and emerging retreat leaders go from idea to launch with a clear strategy, proven framework, and personalized guidance.

Over six weeks, you'll work alongside Christina Rice, Founder of OMNoire and Retreat Like a Boss, as she walks you through the exact framework she has used to produce retreats and experiences around the world. Together, we'll cover retreat concept development, pricing, budgeting, hotel sourcing, attendee experience design, marketing, sales, partnerships, operations, and launch strategy.
