When I founded Retreat Like a Boss, I didn’t just want to teach people how to host retreats. I wanted to build a space where visionaries, healers, leaders, and seekers could come together and be transformed.
The Aligned Life Retreat is the reimagined Retreat Like a Boss Mastermind Weekend is the heart of that vision. It’s where you’ll not only learn how to grow a purpose-driven retreat business, but where you’ll also be reminded of who you are, what you carry, and why your presence matters.
This year holds deep meaning for me. It marks the 7-year anniversary of my biggest retreat to date—100 women gathered in Arizona for a moment that shaped the vision of my dreams and future for the work I still love to do.
So it only felt right to return to this sacred landscape, now in Scottsdale, for our 4th Retreat Like a Boss gathering.
And this one is different. For the first time, I’m inviting our incredible OMNoire community to join us. Whether you're here to lead or to receive, this experience was designed with deep intention. We’ll strategize, we’ll connect, we’ll rest, and we’ll rise. Together.

You can arrive for check in on Wednesday at any time. The only scheduled event will be a welcome reception for all guests, and a private reception for VIP ticket holders, speakers, and special guests.

Absolutely! Most of our travelers arrive solo to our retreats. We’ll have plenty of opportunities for you to network and meet other like-minded travelers. You may come alone but you’ll never be alone.

We do! Once you register, you will receive a link to sign up for our affiliate program and earn commission on every referral.

Yes! Friday - Sunday will include breakfast for all attendees and hosts.
Other meals will be on your own, giving you the flexibility to explore the many local dining options. One of the perks of our location is access to a variety of restaurants nearby, including on-site dining at the resort.

Our schedule will released over the coming months, however, generally you can prepare for the following schedule:
Wednesday - Early check in registration + Welcome Reception
Thursday: AM registration + 12pm - 5pm
Friday: 9am - 6pm (lunch and free time in between)
Saturday: AM activity + Free Day
Sunday: 10am - 1pm

We understand that plans change—and while packages to The Aligned Life Retreat are non-refundable, we’re happy to offer you options if you can no longer attend.
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee or applied as a credit toward a future retreat hosted by Christina Rice, within one year of the original event date.
All transfer or credit requests must be submitted no later than 45 days prior to the retreat dates.
